	Andy Coticchio President Responsibilities at EvanTell: Directs the day-to-day operations and the management of the ministry and outreach efforts of EvanTell. Andy assists the Chief Executive Officer in setting and implementing the strategic direction and initiatives of the ministry. Andy oversees the staff of the ministry to ensure EvanTell meets its goals and objectives and fulfills its mission. As President, Andy has responsibility to ensure all ministry requirements, commitments and obligations are met in a timely and appropriate fashion, to determine ministry funding needs and to represent the ministry with current and potential donors and partner organizations. As a member of the Board of Directors of EvanTell, Andy is also part of the team that has overall responsibility and authority of the governance and future direction of EvanTell. Background: A seasoned business executive, Andy has an over 30 year career in finance and senior level management, holding a number of positions with a major telecommunications company and its information services spin-off prior to his retirement in 2007. Andy has completed a program of graduate-level studies at Dallas Theological Seminary.

	A.J. Rinaldi Director of Academic & Parachurch Ministries Responsibilities at EvanTell: Ministry Director; Primarily responsible for Academic initiatives and partnerships with other Parachurch organizations. Background: Prior to joining the team at EvanTell, AJ served in multiple facets of healthcare. Spanning more than 15 years, his healthcare career began when he joined the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division as a medic, and has covered most aspects of the industry. In addition, AJ’s experience includes writing and producing music that has been recorded and performed with his wife Dana; who is an accomplished singer, pianist, and worship leader. He has served in church ministry as leader of several small groups, as well as teaching children, youth, and young adults. AJ is a graduate of Belmont University and Dallas Theological Seminary. 	Danny Ray Director of Operations Responsibilities at EvanTell: Overseas the daily operations of the ministry. Background: Prior to joining EvanTell, Danny served for 27-years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Naval Flight Officer in Fighter/Attack aircraft. His collateral duties centered around Operations and Planning and he served in squadrons on both coasts and overseas. Danny’s ministry experience has centered around teaching Sunday School, assisting as a Lay Leader overseas, church Deacon, and serving as the Minister of Christian Education. Danny is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and he is presently a student at Dallas Theological Seminary. He will complete his Master’s of Biblical Studies degree in the Spring of 2011. Danny and his wife, Patricia, live in the Fort Worth area and have three grown children and three grandchildren..

	David Souther Director of International Ministries Responsibilities at EvanTell: Oversees all of EvanTell's international ministries and partnerships. Background: David’s calling and passion is making the gospel of Jesus Christ known internationally. His travels have taken him to countries throughout the world equipping indigenous missionaries, evangelists, and pastors in evangelism as well as provide them with the tools and training they need to equip their fellow believers to share Christ clearly and simply. David earned a Master’s of Theology degree with honors from Dallas Theological Seminary where he received the C. Sumner Wemp Award in personal evangelism. He is an ordained minister and is married to Donna, a preschool teacher and licensed optician. They have 3 daughters and live in north Dallas. [Read David's Blog]

	Debbie Bryan Development Assistant Responsibilties at EvanTell: Debbie assists the Development Director in the implementation of communications and outreach strategies to support donors and contributions in the overall advancement of EvanTell. Background: Debbie is a Native Texan who lives in Plano with her husband Craig. Her 25 year work history as an executive assistant is diverse with experience in non-profits as well as corporate organizations. Debbie has two married adult children, a son and daughter, and three young grandchildren. She is active in animal rescue and enjoys RV camping and travel as often as possible. She and Craig attend Christ United Methodist Church in Plano.

	Holly Morrison Graphic Designer Responsibilties at EvanTell: Graphic Designer; develops all print materials and assists in web design. Background: Holly is a native Texan, and currently lives in the Dallas area with her husband, Matt. Prior to joining the staff in early 2008, she earned her B.A. in graphic design from Ouachita Baptist University in December 2007, and was the graphic design intern at The Baptist General Convention of Texas. Holly currently attends Davis Blvd Baptist Church in North Richland Hills, where her husband currently oversees the college and young singles ministry.

	Lexie Okeke Development Director Responsibilities at EvanTell: Lexie is the Development Director and coordinates and assures implementation of strategies to develop donors and contributions to support the overall advancement of EvanTell. Lexie develops and manages the implementation of the fundraising strategy in the areas of major gifts, organizational contributions and individual giving. She also helps board members; senior management, volunteers and staff identify, cultivate and solicit charitable gifts. Lexie also develops a variety of communications strategies to support development and fundraising initiatives, including donor solicitation materials and communications. Background: Lexie has ten years experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns for two large Dallas area nonprofits including a large chamber of commerce with over 3,000 members. She has over ten years experience in business development in the areas of marketing, sales, information management and customer service. She has over seven years experience in reducing churn; devising and executing retention strategies for members. Lexie is an active member of Shady Grove Church in Grand Prairie. She is a professional flutist and a gifted guitar player and worship leader.

	Mary Margaret Gibson Director of Workplace Ministries Responsibilities at EvanTell: Mary Margaret oversees EvanTell’s Workplace ministries and Save the Mother, Save her Child, .the evangelism ministry to and through faith-based pregnancy centers to women, men, and their families meeting the challenge of unplanned pregnancy. Background: Mary Margaret has a successful 35-year career in owning, operating, and managing businesses. She spent seventeen years as a management consultant in global business development and operations for Fortune 10 to medium-sized businesses. 	Michael Tran Information Technology Manager Responsibilities at EvanTell: Web development, network solution and technical support Background: A native Vietnamese, immigrated to U.S. in 1992. He received his education at University of Oklahoma, Norman with a B.S. Mechanical / Aerospace Engineer in 2002. Michael and his wife, Rachel, have 2 daughters: Melody (5 year old) and Madeline (2 year old).

	Paul Pham Vice President, Finance and Administration Responsibilities at EvanTell: Paul orchestrates all of the finance and administration functions of the ministry. Background: Paul has been involved in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in the fields of accounting, management of information systems (MIS) and international ministry for over 20 years. In 2000, after 6 years as a volunteer with Various Christian Ministries including a stint as a youth pastor, Paul was called to serve in full-time ministry. He has since then served as the Director of International Ministries, Director for Finance, Treasurer in both domestic as well as international ministries. In 2007, Paul joined EvanTell as the Vice President of Finance & Administration.

	Sarah Bowler Ministry Assistant Responsibilities at EvanTell: Sarah supports the Ministry Directors at EvanTell for both US and international initiatives. She coordinates the You Can Tell It! evangelism training program and is the primary contact for EvanTell’s Certified Instructors. Background: Sarah is committed to teaching and writing in order to develop disciples who serve and glorify Christ. Some of her previous ministry experiences have included teaching and mentoring of children and adults. Before coming to EvanTell, Sarah worked on staff at Moody Bible Institute where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Bible and Print Media Communications. Currently, she and her husband are pursuing Master of Theology Degrees from Dallas Theological Seminary.

	Susanne Pederson Ministry Assistant Responsibilities at EvanTell: Susanne is the Save the Mother, Save her Child ministry assistant and coordinates day-to-day contact with the pregnancy centers in the program. She also assists Paul Pham, EvanTell’s CFO. Background: Susanne was born in Wyoming, but grew up overseas as a missionary kid. She graduated from University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Kentucky and is attending the Graduate Institute of Applied Linguistics.
