R. Larry Moyer
President & CEO
Responsibilities at EvanTell: Larry travels the country and the world evangelizing through outreaches like Operation Friendship, and training church leaders through the You Can Tell It! and You Can Preach It! seminars. Larry disciples churches through the Flying Strong Mentoring Program in Evangelism. He speaks at pastors conferences, conventions, and Christian camps. Larry is also the main author of EvanTell publications including articles, books, and tracts.
Background: Founded the ministry in 1973. Larry earned a B.A. degree from Philadelphia Biblical University and a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary. He was also awarded an honorary Doctorate of Sacred Theology (S.T.D.) from Philadelphia Biblical University. Larry is the Evangelist at Large for Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco, Texas. He has always had a passion for witnessing to non-Christians. Larry and his wife, Tammy, have one son and live in the Dallas area.
Billie Johnson
Administrative Assistant to the President and CEO
Responsibilities at EvanTell: Supports and assists the President/CEO in the dynamic, fast-paced and growing ministry of EvanTell that calls for focus and flexibility.
Background: Billie graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a BAS in Christian Ministries. Billie’s professional background is management, specifically in sales and marketing, but her volunteer time was spent assisting leaders so they can effectively lead a growing organization. She spends her free time reading, being with her family, baking and decorating cakes. She resides in southern Dallas county with her family.
Mark Rae
Chief Ministry Officer
Responsibilities at EvanTell: Oversees all of the ministry aspects of the organization including our ministry to churches, parachurch ministries, academic institutions, individuals, pastors, and all international ministry. Mark trains and mentors pastors and church leaders through the Flying Strong program, conducts You Can Tell It! and You Can Preach It! seminars and conferences as well as outreaches through Operation Friendship. He is also responsible for new product development for EvanTell's ministry.
Background: Mark graduated from SMU with a B.A. in Fine Arts and spent 16 years in sales and marketing with a large design and printing company. He was also president of two start-up companies prior to moving into full-time ministry. In 1996, Mark became Pastor of Evangelism and Outreach for a non-denominational church in The Woodlands, Texas where he was first exposed to EvanTell. He served there for 9 years as Associate Pastor. He earned a Master's Degree in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and is currently pursuing a Master's of Divinity. Mark and his wife, Melissa, have two sons and reside in the Dallas area.
Daniel La Bry
Chief Development Officer
Responsibilities at EvanTell: Oversees advancement of the ministry through donor relations and fund development strategies, including solicitations and proposals, donor management, research and cultivation, gift processing, recognition and accountability and compliance standards for donors and funding sources. Daniel has the privilege of ministering to EvanTell’s donors and keeping them connected to the work and impact of the ministry.
Background: Daniel’s professional journey is marked by 19 years of ministry and nonprofit experience, including serving as the President & Executive Director of the Washington Scholarship Fund, Senior Vice President of Program Innovations at Challenger Center for Space Science Education and Director of Ministry Advancement at WorldServe Ministries. He has also held marketing, media relations and institutional advancement positions at a variety of nonprofits. Prior to joining EvanTell, he served as a nonprofit management consultant helping ministries create funding strategies and operational plans, including serving as the Director of Partner Development at Silas Partners, a web and online strategy development firm for the Christian marketplace. Daniel’s ministry travels have taken him to Cuba, China, Vietnam and Cambodia. He holds a graduate certificate in nonprofit management from George Mason University and a bachelor in journalism & marketing communications from Texas A&M University. Daniel, his wife Angela, and four children (Jordan, Joshua, Faith and Jonathan) are all very active in their church, CrossRidge Church in Little Elm.
A.J. Rinaldi
Director, Academic & Parachurch Ministries
Responsibilities at EvanTell: Director, Academic & Parachurch Ministries.
Background: Prior to joining the team at EvanTell, AJ served in multiple facets of healthcare. Spanning more than 15 years, his healthcare career began when he joined the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division as a medic, and has covered most aspects of the industry. In addition, AJ’s experience includes writing and producing music that has been recorded and performed with his wife Dana; who is an accomplished singer, pianist, and worship leader. He has served in church ministry as leader of several small groups, as well as teaching children, youth, and young adults. AJ is a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, TN and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. He and Dana live in Frisco, TX with their two teenage children and a fun-loving Mountain Cur (that’s a dog).

David Souther
Director of International Ministries
Responsibilities at EvanTell: Director of International Ministries - Oversees all of EvanTell's international ministries and partnerships.
Background: David has a passion for making the Gospel of Jesus Christ known internationally. He earned a B.S. degree from Carson-Newman College and a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary where he received the C. Sumner Wemp Award in personal evangelism. Before he joined EvanTell, he was on staff in the membership and evangelism departments at a Dallas church. Prior to vocational ministry, he was the general manager of a supply company in the southeast for 8 years. He enjoys basketball, running and spending time with his family. He is married to Donna, a preschool teacher and licensed optician. They have 2 daughters and live in north Dallas.
Mary Margaret Gibson
Director of Workplace Ministries
Responsibilities at EvanTell: Mary Margaret is responsible for Workplace Ministries at EvanTell. She focuses on the 50% of the time that folks spend at work, equipping all of us to minister in the vast mission field of working life. Her ministry enables Christians who work in hardhats, in offices, at stores, hospitals, schools, banks, military, and government to share the gospel wherever they work. Mary Margaret speaks at churches, Christian business organizations, and at small group meetings and retreats. She works with other Ministry Directors, evangelism partners, businesses, and Christian business groups to help them find the best resources for workplace ministries. She and Derrick Engeler, EvanTell’s net guru, are creating a “digital destination” for anyone wanting to find resources for Workplace Ministry. She is currently working with industry experts to create a series of tracts tailored to specific industries.
Background: Mary Margaret has a successful 35-year career in owning, operating, and managing businesses. She spent seventeen years as a management consultant in global business development, sales, and business operations for Fortune 10 to medium-sized businesses. She is the co-author of a patent called “The Wrap-Around Incubator,” a new business model for the optimization of non-profit business operations. Mary Margaret has two grown children, lives in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, and is an avid gardener and photographer. You’ll see her photos on her blog, TheGospelatWork.com.
Danny Ray
Customer Service & Distribution
Background: A native of Wichita, Kansas and a graduate of the U. S. Naval Academy, he served in the Marine Corps as a Radar Intercept Officer in F-4 "Phantom" Fighter/Attack aircraft with tours on both coasts and overseas. Danny retired from the Corps in June 2004 after 27-years of service. He just completed his first year at Dallas Theological Seminary where he is enrolled in the Th. M. program. His ministry experience has centered around teaching Sunday School, assisting as a Lay Leader overseas, church Deacon, and Minister of Christian Education. Danny and his wife, Patricia, have two sons, one daughter and three grandchildren.

Responsibilities at EvanTell: Web development, network solution and technical support
Background: A native Vietnamese, immigrated to U.S. in 1992. He received his education at University of Oklahoma, Norman with a B.S. Mechanical / Aerospace Engineer in 2002. Michael and his wife, Rachel, have 2 daughters: Melody (3 yrd old) and Madeline (3 months).

Responsibilities at EvanTell: As our Development Manager, Lexie is responsible for direct mail, donor communications, donor databases, and fundrasing events.
Holly Crouch
Graphic Designer
Responsibilties at EvanTell: Graphic Designer; develops all print materials and assists in web design.
Background: Holly is a native Texan, and grew up in Duncanville. She lived in Charlotte, NC for 5 years before moving to Grapevine, TX, where she currently lives. Prior to joining the staff in early 2008, she earned her B.A. in graphic design from Ouachita Baptist University in December 2007, and was the graphic design intern at The Baptist General Convention of Texas. Holly currently attends Harwood Terrace Baptist Church in Bedford, TX.
Keith Kopsky
Customer Service/Operations Coordinator
Responsibilties at EvanTell: Customer Service and Operations Coordinator: Responsible for interfacing current and potential customers, ensuring materials are available in inventory and shipped in a timely manner, and assisting customers with their ministry needs.
Background: Keith earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Texas (Go Mean Green!). In May 2007, he earned a dual Masters degree in Cross-Cultural Ministry and Biblical Studies. Currently, Keith is involved in the single's ministry at Denton Bible Church where he leads small groups and coordinates their mission trips. Keith's passion is witnessing and equipping believers to share the Gospel. He has been on several mission trips in Europe and to Central America. Prior to working at EvanTell, Keith served in the United States Marine Corps in the field of administration.
Stephanie Harrison
Ministry Assistant
Responsibilities at EvanTell: Ministry Assistant - Stephanie works under the Director of Church Ministries and Director of International ministries. She helps out with the administrative work for Flying Strong, as well as, assists David in EvanTell’s international ministries and partners.
Background: Stephanie grew up in San Antonio, TX and went to Texas A&M where she got her Bachelors in Business Administration with a specialty in Management. After graduating, she worked at Grace Bible Church in College Station, TX as a college intern for two years. This is where she met her husband, Jeff, and was married in January 2007. They moved to Dallas so Jeff could pursue a Masters in Theology at Dallas Seminary and she began working at EvanTell in the beginning of 2008.
Susanne Pederson
Ministry Assistant
Responsibilities at EvanTell: Susanne works with the Director of Academic and Parachurch Ministries and the Director of Workplace Ministries. She also works with the You Can Tell It! evangelism training program.
Background: Susanne was born in Wyoming, but grew up overseas as a missionary kid. She recently graduated from University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Kentucky.
