R. Larry Moyer

President & CEO



Responsibilities at EvanTell:
Larry travels the country and the world evangelizing through outreaches like Operation Friendship, and training church leaders through the You Can Tell It! and You Can Preach It! seminars. Larry disciples churches through the Flying Strong Mentoring Program in Evangelism. He speaks at pastors conferences, conventions, and Christian camps. Larry is also the main author of EvanTell publications including articles, books, and tracts.

Background: Founded the ministry in 1973. Larry earned a B.A. degree from Philadelphia Biblical University and a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary. He was also awarded an honorary Doctorate of Sacred Theology (S.T.D.) from Philadelphia Biblical University. Larry is the Evangelist at Large for Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco, Texas. He has always had a passion for witnessing to non-Christians. Larry and his wife, Tammy, have one son and live in the Dallas area.

Responsibilities at EvanTell:  Supports and assists the President/CEO in the dynamic, fast-paced and growing ministry of EvanTell that calls for focus and flexibility.

Mark Rae

Chief Ministry Officer



Responsibilities at EvanTell: Oversees all of the ministry aspects of the organization including our ministry to churches, parachurch ministries, academic institutions, individuals, pastors, and all international ministry. Mark trains and mentors pastors and church leaders through the Flying Strong program, conducts You Can Tell It! and You Can Preach It! seminars and conferences as well as outreaches through Operation Friendship. He is also responsible for new product development for EvanTell's ministry.

Background: Mark graduated from SMU with a B.A. in Fine Arts and spent 16 years in sales and marketing with a large design and printing company. He was also president of two start-up companies prior to moving into full-time ministry. In 1996, Mark became Pastor of Evangelism and Outreach for a non-denominational church in The Woodlands, Texas where he was first exposed to EvanTell. He served there for 9 years as Associate Pastor. He earned a Master's Degree in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and is currently pursuing a Master's of Divinity. Mark and his wife, Melissa, have two sons and reside in the Dallas area.  


Daniel La Bry

Chief Development Officer


Responsibilities at EvanTell: Oversees advancement of the ministry through donor relations and fund development strategies, including solicitations and proposals, donor management, research and cultivation, gift processing, recognition and accountability and compliance standards for donors and funding sources. Daniel has the privilege of ministering to EvanTell’s donors and keeping them connected to the work and impact of the ministry.
 
Background:  Daniel’s professional journey is marked by 19 years of ministry and nonprofit experience, including serving as the President & Executive Director of the Washington Scholarship Fund, Senior Vice President of Program Innovations at Challenger Center for Space Science Education and Director of Ministry Advancement at WorldServe Ministries. He has also held marketing, media relations and institutional advancement positions at a variety of nonprofits. Prior to joining EvanTell, he served as a nonprofit management consultant helping ministries create funding strategies and operational plans, including serving as the Director of Partner Development at Silas Partners, a web and online strategy development firm for the Christian marketplace. Daniel’s ministry travels have taken him to Cuba, China, Vietnam and Cambodia. He holds a graduate certificate in nonprofit management from George Mason University and a bachelor in journalism & marketing communications from Texas A&M University. Daniel, his wife Angela, and four children (Jordan, Joshua, Faith and Jonathan) are all very active in their church, CrossRidge Church in Little Elm.

Lori Hudson

Director of Church Ministries



Responsibilities at EvanTell: Lori is responsible for the development of evangelism resources for all church ministries: adult, youth, and children. She also directs our Flying Strong evangelism mentoring program for churches and our speaking ministries to churches- Operation Friendship and Between Friends.

Background: Lori joined the staff of EvanTell in February, 2005. Previously she served on staff at First Baptist Red Oak and while there she developed several ministry teams and training tools. She also served as a Women’s Bible Study teacher and trainer, Sunday School and Small Group Ministry Leader and Assistant to the Education Pastor. Her passion is to help churches of all sizes reach their local mission field with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Lori is currently pursuing a degree in Biblical Studies. She and her husband David have 2 children.  

A.J. Rinaldi

Director, Academic & Parachurch Ministries



Responsibilities at EvanTell:
Director, Academic & Parachurch Ministries.

Background: Prior to joining the team at EvanTell, AJ served in multiple facets of healthcare. Spanning more than 15 years, his healthcare career began when he joined the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division as a medic, and has covered most aspects of the industry. In addition, AJ’s experience includes writing and producing music that has been recorded and performed with his wife, Dana, who is an accomplished singer and pianist. He has served in church ministry as leader of several small groups, as well as teaching children and youth.AJ is a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, TN, currently pursuing his Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. He lives in Frisco, TX with his wife, who is the Music Director at Frisco Bible Church, where he also leads a home fellowship and plays guitar for worship. AJ and Dana have one daughter and one son, both with many talents and gifts of great potential and a desire to serve the Lord.  
 

David Souther

Director of International Ministries



Responsibilities at EvanTell: Director of International Ministries - Oversees all of EvanTell's international ministries and partnerships.

Background: David has a passion for making the Gospel of Jesus Christ known internationally. He earned a B.S. degree from Carson-Newman College and a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary where he received the C. Sumner Wemp Award in personal evangelism. Before he joined EvanTell, he was on staff in the membership and evangelism departments at a Dallas church. Prior to vocational ministry, he was the general manager of a supply company in the southeast for 8 years. He enjoys basketball, running and spending time with his family. He is married to Donna, a preschool teacher and licensed optician. They have 2 daughters and live in north Dallas.  

Mary Margaret Gibson

Danny Ray  

Customer Service & Distribution



Background: A native of Wichita, Kansas and a graduate of the U. S. Naval Academy, he served in the Marine Corps as a Radar Intercept Officer in F-4 “Phantom” Fighter/Attack aircraft with tours on both coasts and overseas. Danny retired from the Corps in June 2004 after 27-years of service. He just completed his first year at Dallas Theological Seminary where he is enrolled in the Th. M. program. His ministry experience has centered around teaching Sunday School, assisting as a Lay Leader overseas, church Deacon, and Minister of Christian Education. Danny and his wife, Patricia, have two sons, one daughter and three grandchildren.

Responsibilities at EvanTell: e-Solutions Coordinator In charge of Windows and Web Development for the organization.


Medea Peabody

Graphic Designer



Responsibilities at EvanTell - Graphic Designer; develops all print materials and assists in web design.

Background - All the way from Hoosier country, Medea graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts and a specialization in graphic design. Medea met her husband, a native Texan, when they were both interns at Campus Crusade for Christ World Headquarters in Orlando, Florida. Once he decided to attend Dallas Theological Seminary, Medea made the move to the Lone Star State, working at several studios in the commercial photography industry. She is involved in the college ministry at Lake Pointe Church in Rockwall, Texas, where her husband is the college pastor.
