"The workplace is where a majority of a church congregation spends a majority of their time, interacting with a majority of the unchurched world. The Church on Monday is evidence that the Church on Sunday is real!"

"I believe one of the next great moves of God is going to be through the believers in the workplace."

On an average weekday, full-time employees in America spend more time working than participating in any other activity – even sleep! 1  Thus, it is no surprise that studies reveal the workplace is where non-Christians form their relationships.  The people they interact with daily at work have an integral part in shaping their lives.  For this reason, the workplace is full of opportunities for Christians to share the gospel, but most are too nervous to do it.  No one has ever shown them how they can evangelize in the context of the workplace.  This is truly a place where the harvest is ready but the laborers are few.

EvanTell’s newest ministry will show working believers how they can share the gospel in their offices.  Our Workplace Ministry will help Christians take the greatest news in the world to the place where non-Christians may need it the most.

This new ministry will do this through four avenues:

People of influence

We want to take people of influence (Christian business leaders) and teach them to share Christ in the workplace  and, in turn, teach their workers to do the same

Resources

We want to develop business specific resources which will enable the gospel to be shared unique to that industry.

Training

We want to train:
  • Business leaders to share Christ
  • Employees to share Christ
  • Business leaders to train their workers to share Christ
  • The church to train their members to share Christ in the workplace

Testimonies

The most powerful tool is your own personal testimony, and in the workplace, it can be that one thing that opens to door to a conversation about Christ. We want leaders and workers alike to learn how to develop and effective testimony and share it with their co-workers to introduce them to Christ.

The workplace is where the gospel is desperately needed. We want every Christian in the workplace to be able to clearly tell anyone, anywhere how to spend eternity with God.
