Founder & Evangelist

Dr. Larry Moyer

Growing up on a dairy farm, Larry developed a love for nature and the outdoors. When he looked across the creation, he resolved that there must be an Almighty Creator. God led him from creation to the Creator to the Savior. One night as a teenager, he knelt by his bed on the dairy farm and trusted Christ. From that night, he felt a passion to reach the lost with the clear and simple message of the gospel.

He went on to earn degrees from Cairn University (B.S.), Dallas Theological Seminary (Th.M.), and Gordon-Conwell Seminary (D.Min). In 2001, Cairn University awarded him the honorary Doctor of Sacred Theology degree (S.T.D.). Since 1973, Larry continues to speak all over the world, write to thousands, and lead his evangelism organization, EvanTell, to reach people with Christ in their location, their language, and on their level.
