What is our data retention policy?
We will retain your information as long as needed to conduct business. If you have requested to be on our mailing or email lists, we will retain your information until you request to be removed. If you are in the EU, all information will be permanently deleted with the exception of any financial transaction record(s) deemed necessary by law. If you reside outside of the EU, we may maintain a record of past transactions, but will cease communications in accordance with each recipient’s instructions.
How do we protect visitor & donor information?
All information is kept confidential. We do not sell, trade, or transfer any of your personal or donor information, whether obtained through online or offline transactions, to outside parties. A limited amount of information may be provided to partners who assist us in operating our website, conducting business, or providing services.
